On-site registration and badge collection will be available at the following times:
- Sunday 14 September: 08.00 – 19.00
- Monday 15 September: 08.00 – 19.00
- Tuesday 16 September: 08.00 – 13.00
Payments can be made by credit card or cash directly at the Organizing Secretariat desk.
For security reasons, participants must present valid identification.
Name badges are required for entry to the venue and all meeting rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Organizing Secretariat.
For cancellations received by July 31, 2025, a 50% refund will be issued (excluding bank charges).
No refunds will be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the Conference conclusion.
BANKING AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Italy uses the Euro (€). Currency exchange is available at banks, exchange offices, hotels, and airports with ID. Major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants, and shops.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Organizing Secretariat is not responsible for personal injury or loss/damage to property during the Conference. Please ensure your personal insurance covers travel and health.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates will be available for collection at the Organizing Secretariat desk at the end of the Conference.
